A Farm to table dinner with delicious food set in the historic grounds of Case-Barlow Farm was provided by Brandt Evans.
For Hudson native chef Brandt, Case-Barlow Farm holds a special place in Brandt’s heart since he grew up just down the street and spent much of his childhood there. “My brother and I would run down to the farm and jump on a tractor with Mr. [Don] Barlow and bale hay,” Brandt said. “He would then put the hay on a giant L19 conveyor belt and we would build giant forts out of it in the barn. Mrs. Barlow would always make us the best lemonade ever. It was the greatest time in our lives.”
