Mad Scientist Open House
Mad Scientist, Mrs. Debi Mancuso, will be demonstrating and teaching some hands-on experiments. Children will learn how beads move on their own, make GAK without glue to take home, watch smoke erupting from empty plastic bottles, and even make balloons blow themselves up!

About the Event
Mrs. Debi Mancuso, will be explaining how much fun science can be while demonstrating one of her famous experiments. There will be 5 additional stations for hands-on experiences. The children will learn how beads move on their own, make GAK without glue to take home, watch smoke erupting from empty plastic bottles, and even make balloons blow themselves up!
- Open to children 6 years and older. Parents are encouraged to stay and enjoy the experiments with their children under the age of 10.
- This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Dress for the weather.
- Fields may be muddy. Allow time to walk over from the Barlow Farm Park parking lots.
This program is part of the Case-Barlow Farm Summer Open Houses. It is free of charge, but donations are always welcome. The program also includes a chance to visit the fully furnished farmhouse, newly renovated barn, and the surrounding grounds between 1 pm. and 4 pm
