The Big Red Barn Saturday Package

Winter Wonderland Holiday Party

A forest of decorated Christmas trees and other beautiful holiday decor
will be set-up in the Barn during the month of December. It can be rented out Monday thru Thursday from Dec4th through 21st for cocktail parties with high-top tables and limited seating.
Block-off the Weekend
Add-on to Saturday Rental Only
This guarantees that the day before your event is blocked off (providing it’s open at the
time of your booking). You will have 9am- midnight on Friday for whatever is needed in
addition to Saturday, PLUS Sunday morning from 8-10am for removal of personal items.
This means you leave Sat. night empty handed!

Day of Coordinator/ Management

This contract begins before the event to make sure everything is executed as expected!
Management Includes: Management Includes:
*Point person for vendors in order to accommodate drop offs/ set-up/ and pick-up times
*Point person for families and guests during the event
*Overseeing that the set-up/ clean-up/ and decoration services are accurately being done
*Gathering and moving guests as needed for main events (ceremony, pictures, dances etc)
*Managing the event timeline with vendors to keep the evening on pace and flowing
*Personal assistance with the gifts and cards to be relocated once all guest arrive
*Personal assistance for complications that may arise with venue, vendors and/or guests
*Personal assistance with rule enforcement
Bartender

Bartender will be on premise an hour before the event to set-up. Renter to provide own
alcohol/ bar wash/ ice/ cups etc…
