The Big Red Barn Saturday Package

Max Capacity 200

9am - Midnight for Barn and Grounds: bar closes at 10pm, event ends at 11pm, all
clean up and removal of personal property by midnight.

Friday or Sundays Midsize Event

50-100 Guests

4-hour event with guests on premise using Barn and Grounds only
2-hour set-up and 1 hour clean-up SAME DAY ONLY

Friday or Sunday Small Event

Winter Wonderland Holiday Party

Up-to 100 Guests

A forest of decorated Christmas trees and other beautiful holiday decor
will be set-up in the Barn during the month of December. It can be rented out Monday thru Thursday from Dec4th through 21st for cocktail parties with high-top tables and limited seating.

Block-off the Weekend

Add-on to Saturday Rental Only

This guarantees that the day before your event is blocked off (providing it’s open at the
time of your booking). You will have 9am- midnight on Friday for whatever is needed in
addition to Saturday, PLUS Sunday morning from 8-10am for removal of personal items.
This means you leave Sat. night empty handed!

Day of Coordinator/ Management

Offered by: City Social LLC

This contract begins before the event to make sure everything is executed as expected!
Management Includes: Management Includes:
*Point person for vendors in order to accommodate drop offs/ set-up/ and pick-up times
*Point person for families and guests during the event
*Overseeing that the set-up/ clean-up/ and decoration services are accurately being done
*Gathering and moving guests as needed for main events (ceremony, pictures, dances etc)
*Managing the event timeline with vendors to keep the evening on pace and flowing
*Personal assistance with the gifts and cards to be relocated once all guest arrive
*Personal assistance for complications that may arise with venue, vendors and/or guests
*Personal assistance with rule enforcement

Bartender

Offered by: City Social LLC

Bartender will be on premise an hour before the event to set-up. Renter to provide own
alcohol/ bar wash/ ice/ cups etc…

Linens and Napkins

Offered by: City Social LLC

Linens and cloth napkins of color choice provided for all tables (minus caterers)

Set-up and Clean up

Offered by: City Social LLC

Set-up to include tables/chairs/ linens (from renter)/ and decorations before the event
Clean-up to include tables/ chairs/ linens/ decorations and trash removal after the event
