About the Event
The Western Reserve Community Band and Case Barlow Farm presents a Teddy Bear Childrens Concert in the barn from 1:00 - 1:45 pm. We welcome children of all ages --parents and grandparents too! Bring a favorite Teddy Bear, Stuffed Animal, Doll, or Action Figure to join in the fun. WRCB will hand out free flags to all the children. Conductor Ralph Meyer, who founded the band in 1997, says the children and their families will enjoy familiar tunes from television, recent movies, patriotic and classical music.
Following the Children's Concert everyone is invited to stay and enjoy a Patriotic Concert starting at 2:00 pm. Meyer said everyone will enjoy familiar and not so familiar patriotic tunes representing a variety of styles and themes.
Cool off with an authentic CBF root beer, visit the historical farmhouse, walk the grounds and enjoy this exciting presentation in the farm's "Big Red" barn.
The open house is free, but donations are graciously accepted. Refreshments and locally grown produce will be available for sale.
